He’s 8 this year. Oddly, I’m his fourth “owner” and I have no idea why. He’s the best Lab I’ve ever had.

Neat, mine too! They are just amazingly good dogs, especially “American” (Field) Labs like ours. I used to do a lot of bird hunting and I wish I had my dog back then. She’s never been used as a hunter but, man, her instincts are so amazing I am certain she would be a natural.

Right on! I haven’t been hunting in a while either but I wish I had this guy back then. Lloyd sounds similar to your girl, normally he wont make a move without permission. I bet I could hunt him with less than two weeks training.

Her tail is a bit more proportional now that she’s grown more, that picture was taken in February and now she’s grown quite a bit. She is a good looking doge, we (my family) got her from a good breeder. It took a long time to actually get her, we got her like last summer when she was still little but not tiny

My local bar is a dog bar as well. When we are on walks we stop in for a beer and it is quite nice, I get to have a nice craft beer, she gets to say hi to all the random people she wants.
